| It's a Pirate's Alphabet Contest! |

Ahoy there! It's time for a Pirate's Alphabet Contest!
Everyone loves to buy books, and we're far more likely to buy one if someone else says something nice about it first. This is one of the reasons why AmazonDotCom has become such a useful tool for readers -- it's a great way to hear what people REALLY think about a title before we spend money on it.
So here's the contest: first, go to my Amazon page at Pirate's Alphabet: Books: Patti Wigington. Notice that there are already a couple of really nice reviews at the bottom. If you have a copy of Pirate's Alphabet and you write an Amazon review, I'll enter your name into a drawing. On June 30th, I'll randomly select a name from all the reviewers, and the winner will get the following:
(1) A signed advance copy of Summer's Ashes, my middle-grade novel which won't be out until August AND (2) A signed copy of Pirate's Alphabet to be donated to the school, classroom, library, or kid-oriented non-profit group of your choice (with credit to you on the inside cover so everyone knows how great you are!) AND (3) A dozen Official Pirate's Alphabet Bookmarks (accept no imitations!) to share with your pals
Wow! How easy is that?! If you don't already have a copy of Pirate's Alphabet to review, there's still plenty of time to get one, either from Barnes and Noble or Moo Press. Just read, review, and send me a link, and you're automatically entered in the drawing! I'll post the name of the winner on my website and here in the blogosphere on July 1st.
Feel free to forward this to your friends and let them get in on the piratey action too!
Good luck, and thanks in advance for playing along!
